Peace, Compassion and Mindfulness Resources
We can all be deeply inspired by great spiritual teachers such as The Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddha, Muhammad, Jesus and so many more. And, just like them, we must spend time on the cushion or in contemplation or prayer. When we do, we too can cultivate the qualities of inner peace and compassion so that we can bring more peace to ourselves and to the world.
